ordering, be sure to specify stock numbers as well as a description of
the item wanted. Confirm in writing immediately all telephone orders.
This prevents misunderstandings, avoids errors and
assures accuracy. We cannot assume responsibility for errors in
transmission of orders.
Order standard package quantities or their multiples as indicated in
our catalog.
Standard package quantities indicated are subject to change because of
conditions beyond our control.
Routing
In 2003 our plant and warehouse moved from San Francisco , Ca to nearby Hayward , Ca. Our new modern facility is 80,000 square feet with 3 loading bays, drive in access, and easily handles trucks of all sizes. Located near Interstates 880,580,80,5 we are at a west coast hub for shipping efficiency and pricing from Mexico to Canada . The customer reserves the right to specify routing instructions on all products quoted F.O.B. Hayward. Failing to specify a definite routing, we will use our best judgment in selecting economical and efficient transportation facilities. Where products are quoted delivered to a predetermined destination, we reserve the right to route consistent with prompt, economical and efficient service. Shipments specified by mail or express or any other routing but the most economical will be made at the expense of the customer.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. We use New Billet Basic Steel of predetermined chemical analysis and physical properties in the grades best adapted for the product to be produced, all rolled to our individual order.
